Job Description


  • This role requires accountability for engagement and communications to the business across their portfolio of services.
  • Extensive Service management background required predominantly within Financial Services and or Governmental orgs is preferable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Service Management experience must be at a senior level – supporting senior stakeholders with their targeted communications across their respective business areas.
  • Strong experience of Service Delivery Operating Models(Multi-supplier environment)
  • Strong experience of IT infrastructure and Service Transition to BAU (within a multi-sourced IT Supply Chain Model)
  • Deep understanding of the processes that are part of the ITIL V3 Service Transition lifecycle phase 
  • Experienced in management of Service Transition of business critical operations
  • Team management and delivery through others Desirable:
  • Must have  ITIL Service Transition certification & ITIL Service Design certification
  • Extensive  SIAM Operating Model
  • Certification of the following  is preferable; Prince 2, PMBOK or MSP & Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
