Technical Product Manager - Data Management Technical Product Manager to join a Technology, Data & Information Management organisation. We are seeking candidates that are self-starters who can work in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join our team immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users Ensures application / product is developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/divisionEstablishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of contact for all product enhancements and strategyRequires in-depth knowledge and experienceUses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and servicesSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutionsWorks independently, receives minimal guidanceActs as a resource for colleagues with less experienceRecognised as an expert within the companyAnticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvementsSolves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the businessContributes to the development of unit strategyLeads project teams to achieve milestones and objectivesQualificationsDemonstrated experience with standard analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, Python, R, VBA, SSRS, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI etc.) Prior experience with Product Management, and expertise in CRM (or CRM-like) products.Understanding of data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyse data to develop actionable business information deliverables.Able to think logically, organise work flows efficiently, and solve problems independently.Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast paced environment.Capability to self-learn new software applications and programming languages.Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.Excellent technical, analytical and organisational skills. Project management skills desired.
