This global ASX-listed business is known for its high-performance culture and offers genuine long term career advancement opportunities. The firm is now seeking a commercially minded Analyst to join the commercial finance team in Sydney’s CBD.
 
The role:
 
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will partner with the business, providing insightful analysis and reporting to assist with strategic decisions. Specifically you will:
 

• Work closely with the business to understand key drivers, risks/opportunities and strategic goals
• Identify trends and support strategic decisions through the provision of insightful analysis
• Undertake financial modelling and prepare business cases for new business opportunities
• Prepare high quality management reports, budgets and forecasts for key stakeholders
• Identify and drive process improvements
• Take part in ad-hoc projects including business transformation initiatives as required

 
About you:
 
CA/CPA qualified (or near qualified), you will have relevant experience gained in a large and complex environment. Highly motivated and proactive, you will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and be able to effectively liaise with senior and non-finance stakeholders across the business. Strong MS Excel / financial modelling skills preferred.
