Job Description

Our client is a leading investment bank and are currently looking for a lawyer with experience in Equity Capital Market transactions to join their highly regarded legal team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the business teams in London and globally. The role is very broad and responsibilities include working on a variety of ECM transactions including IPOs, block trades and equity linked instruments. Our client is open to considering candidates who have a broader capital markets/corporate background, with some ECM experience, who are keen to move into a role focusing on ECM transactions. This is an ideal role for someone looking to move in-house to a highly regarded team and work on high quality transactions. 

Skills required

  • 2-5 PQE* gained in a leading firm or in-house at a leading financial services organisation
  • Experience in working on ECM transactions.
Desirable
  • Time spent in-house on a secondment to an investment bank
