Contract Opportunity - Customer Service Manager - Banking - London - £500-600p/d - London

My top tier banking client are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their new digital start-up project.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Significant  experience of running a customer services environment
  • Retail banking experience and have knowledge of regulations. Need to know the dispute section of the FCA handbook or PSD2
  • People Management skills but also hands on in s customer service role
