The Role:

Hydrogen Group has outstanding opportunities for sales minded professionals or recent graduates to join our Sydney office. Also, if you are already a Recruitment Consultant, but looking for that next step or challenge in a merit based organisation, we have expansive growth plans for 2019 and you could develop to become one of our future Managers or Directors both here in Australian and Internationally. The core skills of a Consultant are as important as the technical role requirements itself. You will need to have a competitive nature, be highly motivated, resilient, driven and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities on a day to day basis through the company’s database, online portals and obtain leads
  • Perform business development duties by meeting up with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and to build a relationship.
  • Develop client portfolio
  • Handle the full spectrum of recruitment activities from initial phone screening to contract negotiations in your target industry segments.
  • Provide professional recruitment solution advice to your clients as well as to your candidates.
  • Deliver congruent client strategy across Hydrogen APAC and lead innovative approaches to win and retain strategic clients
  • Develop strategic global clients across the region in alignment with our organisational goals for global clients
  • Drive high levels of performance through achievement of rights-to-trade, innovative solutions for clients and effective resource allocation
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Prior working experience in a B2B environment covering professional services, sales, account management or client services would be preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long term relationships
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not vital
