Position title:

Position duties:
Utilize company’s customer and financial data to develop insights for sales/marketing leadership; manage and grow a high performing team of recruiters/salespeople to identify, attract and maintain relationships with customers in Austin, TX; Develop dashboards and reporting designed to efficiently provide company leadership with the insights needed to manage and improve sales and marketing efforts; Support consultants in managing the ongoing process of prioritizing accounts and prospects; Provide oversight and leadership to sales operations team members focused on optimizing and managing company’s CRM systems; support consultants in efforts to drive CRM usage and compliance; Provide oversight and leadership to sales operations team members focused on providing pricing/deal analysis support and competitive intelligence to consultants and sales team members; Sales enablement; Sales territory design/account and prospect prioritization; manage international relationships internally and externally; and conduct pricing/deal analysis and competitive intelligence.

Position requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field plus four years of full-time work experience in job offered or in occupations involving recruitment management, consulting or a related field. Alternatively, we will accept six years of experience as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree plus four years’ experience.

Special requirements:
Experience to include:

  1. Sales operations experience within software development;
  2. Experience establishing and developing teams;
  3. Experience working in an international recruitment company;
  4. Direct experience of the Texas region with software hires and contracts.
