Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant (Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia)

Objective of role:

To drive depth across our core Contractor markets in one of the following: Business Transformation (Programme Management, Project Management, Business Analysis), Corporate Governance (Compliance, Risk), Operations and Technology

Responsibilities and deliverables:

  • ­Own your own desk growth strategy

  • Full accountability for the relationship management of our key financial services Contract clients in Hong Kong 

  • Drive performance increase and process improvement on existing clients 

  • High levels of client meetings with existing key relationships and identify new businesses that fit our proposition 

  • Craft and lead innovative consulting solutions 

  • Hire, develop and retain best in market talent to build a market winning team 

  • Implement highest standards of contracting and consulting best practice within the team 

  • Partner with Argyll Scott to develop both brands and drive cross selling 

Key Performance Metrics:

  • Growth of contractor numbers 

  • Increased market share in key accounts 

  • Number of new business  client meetings 

  • New clients signed 

  • High margin consulting solutions won 

  • Development of team into high performers
