We continue to be highly successful, growing year on year and because of this, we are currently looking to continue to increase our head count and bring on board a new Senior Recruitment Consultant to fit into our highly successful teams. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to develop into a team manager and/or principle recruitment consultant – ambition is key to us and we support those that want to continue to grow in their career.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting junior recruitment team members and helping to achieve the best they can

  • Pro-actively developing key clients, increasing revenue returns and market penetration

  • Develop your own desk – making it a successful and profitable unit that can continue to grow and develop as your own business

The recruitment consultant will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant – ideally in a 360-degree role

  • Experience of managing your own desk, or supporting internal talent in this and looking to take control of your own business entity

  • Have great market knowledge and looking to continue to build on this with a firm that can offer greater support and even greater opportunities

  • Be a self-starter, able to look work both independently and as part of a team

  • Be intelligent, creative and hard working – meaning you have all the raw skills for success

  • High achievers – we like people who go ‘the extra mile’ and are naturally determined, e.g. people who have excelled in a sport, hobby or music. We are looking for natural leaders, e.g. the Captain of a sports team

  • Entrepreneurial flair – we are looking for all new hires to progress quickly through the organisation. For this, they are going to have to own their own desk and have a natural flair for spotting good business opportunity

  • ​Self-motivated sales DNA with high energy levels, inquisitive nature and excellent communication skills
