Scottish businesses are taking this beyond the traditional operational or regulatory uses, so we are seeing more demand for hybrid candidates who can not only lead transformation projects but have technical skill sets. At the same time, IR35 has hampered the contractor market, increasing the interest in quality permanent staff who can deliver large-scale change, while developing their skills as the relevant technology evolves.
