The role offers the chance to work on the highest profile mandates covering the full spectrum of restructuring work including debt and board advisory work, Court applications for appointments, and all aspects of the formal insolvency process including insolvency litigation.
The team continues to grow its market share aided by the firm’s dominance of the fund market and offers excellent scope for the right candidate to help grow the practice and be involved in business development.
The role would suit a candidate with broad experience of insolvency processes and particularly with experience of assisting office holders.
