Duration: 18-month contract (W2)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Rate:$43.50 – $47.50/hour







Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of an enterprise-wide leadership development programme. This role will coordinate cross-functional workstreams supporting facilitation, coaching and digital fluency initiatives, applying structured project management practices to keep implementation on track and aligned with business priorities.







Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams supporting enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation and digital fluency initiatives
  • Track project progress, prepare status updates and escalate issues to keep work on schedule and aligned with business priorities
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Apply structured project management practices to support implementation planning, resource coordination and successful programme delivery
  • Estimate recurring and non-recurring project costs
  • Analyse and evaluate contract terms and commercial proposals
  • Prepare documentation for internal reviews and serve as the contractual point of contact for customers
  • Prepare and submit proposals to customers, and conduct commercial negotiations, incorporating outcomes into existing contracts
  • Pursue and resolve outstanding commercial claims with customers
  • Coordinate and monitor requirements and performance of out-of-scope work with programme management, finance, procurement, engineering, quality and the Director of Contracts
  • Direct the work of Contract Administrators and other administrative staff







Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project, programme or contract management
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training
  • Broad knowledge of project, programme or contract management, company policies, procedures and practices, and accounting and budgeting practices

  • Proven project and programme management experience, with a strategic, business-minded approach
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with high adaptability and resilience
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with a continuous-learning mindset and enthusiasm for technology
  • Solid grounding in adult learning principles, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert facilitator across virtual, in-person and hybrid learning formats, with strong executive presence and presentation skills
  • Skilled in coaching, feedback facilitation and leading difficult conversations or peer learning sessions
  • Strong storytelling ability, with skill in data visualisation and building executive-ready presentations
