Project Manager – Level 3 (UX / Digital Experience)
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay range: $45–50/hour
Role Overview
The Project Manager – Level 3 will support digital experience initiatives by organizing project requirements, coordinating design deliverables, managing reviews and approvals, and overseeing handoff to IT. This role operates as a key member of Agile delivery teams and partners closely with UX, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong interest in UX-driven digital products and large-scale technical project management. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding complex problems and driving solutions beyond simple task execution.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and clarify scope, deliverables, requirements, timelines, and existing application context
- Translate business needs into organized, actionable project documentation
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate internal and stakeholder design reviews, balancing complex calendars against tight delivery timelines
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to ensure on-time execution
Agile Team Participation
- Participate in daily stand-ups to manage deliverables and expectations
- Attend backlog grooming sessions to understand priorities and upcoming work
- Engage in technical collaboration and solutioning discussions to assess feasibility and adapt designs as needed
Documentation & Tools
- Maintain project trackers with current status updates and documentation
- Manage deliverables including proposal decks, demo materials, and supporting artifacts
- Provide sign-offs in Jira, log defects during UAT, and support UAT and production release approvals
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing cross-functional, collaborative projects
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Agile or UX certifications are a plus
