The opportunity
We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing UK In-House Legal team. You’ll work with some of the world’s most recognised brands across sectors like media, technology, energy, financial services, sport, retail, healthcare, and more, helping them find and hire outstanding legal talent.
This is a 360° recruitment role where you’ll manage candidate and client relationships, support on complex legal searches, and contribute to branding, content, and market insight initiatives. What you’ll be doing
- Source and engage top-tier legal talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and specialist tools
- Qualify candidates through in-depth, consultative conversations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience
- Support business development by contributing to pitches and identifying new opportunities
- Create and share market content such as insights, articles, and event materials
- Collaborate with an experienced and high-performing team to build market knowledge and drive results
Who we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or resourcing (agency or in-house)
- Excellent communication skills with a relationship-first, consultative style
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working remotely and staying engaged in a collaborative team
- An interest in the legal, corporate, or professional services space
- Enjoys content creation, writing, and contributing to marketing efforts
- Eager to grow and build deep market expertise
