We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design and development of scalable, low-code business applications, automated workflows, and reporting solutions. This role will work closely with architects, developers, quality engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality enterprise solutions while providing technical leadership and establishing development best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to define application architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
- Establish and promote development standards and best practices for Power Platform solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure solutions comply with security standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to other developers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of application development or systems analysis experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience designing enterprise applications and system integrations.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and advanced Dataverse architecture.
- Knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, React, or Angular.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership.
- Exposure to UiPath or other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms.
