Title: Account Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $18.00-$21.00/hour
Schedule: Standard Office Hour
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide full account management support for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers. You will oversee account enrollment processes, manage transactions, and support billing operations while handling escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure timely and accurate resolution of account and customer service matters.
- Manage account enrollments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle transaction management, maintaining precise records and efficient processes.
- Provide essential support in billing operations.
- Assist in resolving customer requests and escalated complaints, including high-visibility cases.
- Support claims processing, contractor invoices, fulfillment, and related account tasks.
- Interface with vendor partners, management, and regulatory entities to resolve account issues.
- Contribute to process optimization and operational improvements.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Conduct administrative and project tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Participate in customer support efforts, including high-exposure escalations.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, SOPs, and training materials as needed.
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and service-level expectations.
- Adapt responsibilities as needed to meet evolving business requirements.

Education & Experience:
