Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid – Onsite Tue–Thu, Remote Mon & Fri; initial training onsite Mon–Fri)

12-Month Contract
Pay:$18-20/ph
Overview:
The Associate Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers. This role provides full account management support, addressing requests, claims, billing disputes, and escalated issues. The specialist communicates with customers via phone and email, ensuring resolution while meeting established service levels and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and emails, addressing customer requests, inquiries, claims, and billing disputes.
- Manage escalated cases such as executive-level complaints, legal or media inquiries, and regulatory issues.
- Research and resolve complex billing or service-related problems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and management to resolve customer issues.
- Assist with claims processing, contractor invoices, account reviews, billing, and enrollment.
- Adapt communication style to fit customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, account management, or related experience.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
