Associate Director, Medical Affairs (Remote contractor)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating the planning and execution of medical congresses, advisory boards, and cross-functional initiatives
- Supporting Medical Affairs operations—including training programs, HEOR projects, and grant reviews
- Managing contracts, budgets, and vendor relationships with precision and professionalism
- Facilitating cross-functional communication and ensuring alignment across internal teams
- Tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure projects stay on course and deliver impact
What You Bring
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in biotech/pharma, ideally with a focus in oncology
- Experience in Medical Affairs operations or adjacent functions
- Strong command of MS Office and project management tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
