Associate Fitness Representative

Our client is a leading global medical technology company specializing in structural heart disease and critical care innovations. They are seeking a Fitness Representative to lead their Stretch Program and support overall fitness center operations. This part-time onsite role requires experience in health and wellness program management with strong communication and organizational skills.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the stretch program including offering guidance to employees on proper stretch form, conducting stretch sessions, and documenting stretch activities
- Act as a back up to team members depending on Fitness Center needs
- Provide quarterly reporting on stretch program utilization and established metrics
- Complete required training, attending staff meetings, and submitting time cards
- Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sports Science (or related field) Preferred
- 0-2 years of experience required
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven track record of managing health and wellness programs
- Ability to work independently and apply good judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
