We are seeking a Temporary Analyst to support the Sales Operations team, specifically in the area of rebate payouts. This position is a temporary backfill for a current team member and will be responsible for managing day-to-day rebate operations, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of rebate payments. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with rebate calculations and payment processing in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain the rebates database in Salesforce, including entry of new rebate agreements, amendments, extensions, structural changes, and updated terms and conditions.
- Provide standard reporting and analysis to the sales field and leadership team.
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities related to rebate operations.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and contribute to special projects that support business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of analytical experience, preferably in Sales, Operations, Contracts, or Finance.
- Proficient in working with large datasets and database management systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with tools such as JDE, Tableau, or other relevant platforms is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
