Our major hospitality client is seeking experienced Business Analysts
to join their team on a 12 month FTC, supporting the development and delivery of a large-scale customer loyalty programme.
The programme has already launched successfully with initial features live, and these roles will sit within a new business-as-usual (BAU) team, taking ownership of ongoing development and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements within a loyalty programme.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights and documentation.
- Support the Delivery Manager in driving roadmap progress and aligning with business objectives.
Experience Required
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst within digital or customer-facing programmes.
- Experience working on loyalty programmes or similar multi-partner propositions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
