Hydrogen Group are supporting our Banking client, looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs, analysing data, and supporting the implementation of solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create functional specifications and process documentation.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support the delivery of projects by ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, and propose solutions.
- Assist in project management tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Contribute to ongoing process reviews and improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Change Analyst/Manager role, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies is beneficial.
