About the Role

Our major fintech client is seeking a skilled Consumer Partnership Marketing Manager to join their UK Consumer Marketing team. This role is focused on building and managing high-impact partnerships with leading merchant brands to drive consumer engagement. You will be at the forefront of creating co-branded campaigns, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute partnership marketing plans that align with consumer growth objectives and merchant partner goals.
  • Campaign Management – Lead the design, execution, and optimisation of co-marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including CRM, digital, and paid media.
  • Performance & Insights – Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data to demonstrate ROI and refine strategies.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management – Manage multiple projects, working closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Brand, and Marketing Ops) and external merchant partners.
  • Content & Enablement – Support the development of creative briefs, marketing collateral, and sales tools that bring partnership campaigns to life.
  • Budget Oversight – Effectively manage budgets to ensure all initiatives deliver maximum commercial impact.
  • Market Awareness – Stay ahead of competitor activity, market trends, and consumer insights to identify new partnership opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in consumer or partnership marketing.
  • Strong background in campaign and project management, ideally with experience in co-branded campaigns.
  • Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills to measure and report on performance.
  • Confident communicator with proven ability to present to senior stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
  • Collaborative and proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English required.
