A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Derivatives Associate into its highly regarded London team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier platform and work on a broad range of complex, high-value transactions.
The role will have a strong focus on OTC derivatives, alongside opportunities to gain exposure to areas including synthetic risk transfer (SRT), loan hedging and deal-contingent hedging.
The team is looking for a solicitor with around 3–6 PQE and a strong background in OTC derivatives. Candidates with an interest in developing their experience across the wider structured finance and hedging market are encouraged to get in touch.
