About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Bookings / Web Business Analyst
to join a dynamic digital transformation team. This role focuses on optimising and enhancing web and online booking platforms that directly impact customer experience in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment.
You’ll work closely with digital, product, and technology teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline customer journeys, and deliver impactful solutions that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across web and booking initiatives, from requirements gathering through to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across digital, marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Map existing customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Support agile delivery processes and ensure project outcomes align with strategic objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between business and development teams.
About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within major retail, restaurant, or hospitality organisations.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, online booking systems, and e-commerce.
- Confident working autonomously and leading initiatives across multiple teams.
