Pay Range:$42–47/hour
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT (1-hour non-billable lunch)
- Must be available at least 8:00–11:00 AM PT daily, with remaining 5 hours flexible.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Digital Product Analyst
to support an AI enterprise search platform
initiative. This role bridges business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring business needs are translated into actionable technical requirements while supporting organizational change management. The position requires strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and goals. Document detailed requirements.
- Technical Translation: Convert business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flows for engineering teams.
- Roadmap Contribution: Identify opportunities for enhancements based on user feedback, industry trends, and business objectives.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Create and execute UAT plans to validate features and ensure user satisfaction.
- Change Management: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and support adoption across the organization.
- Communication: Present updates clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Market Research: Monitor trends, competitors, and emerging AI/enterprise search technologies.
- Data Analysis: Review platform usage data to measure feature effectiveness and identify improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to elicit and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with change management practices.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (a plus).
- Experience with enterprise search platforms (highly desirable).
