Test Lead
£60,000 - £81,000 / year (+Package)
London (2 days in Central London office) / Remote
Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end manual and automated testing for 10 applications, including bespoke and standalone systems, an external website, and a CRM undergoing an upgrade.
· Provide technical leadership in an Agile/Scrum environment.
· Utilize automation tools, with specific expertise in ETL testing and CRM systems.
· Ideally, have Azure Cloud experience (though not required).
Qualifications:
· ISEB/ISTQB Software Testing accreditation or equivalent.
· Good Testing background and Test Automation experience
· Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Jira).
· Strong experience with the technology suite (Selenium, Specflow, NUnit, Extent-Reporting, Page Object Model).
· Proficiency in C# programming language.
· Familiarity with Visual Studio 2019 or higher.
· Knowledge of SQL.
· Good experience of CRM applications, such as Siebel/Dynamics 365
· Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
· Understanding of SDLC methodologies.
· Experience with Agile (Scrum) testing.
· Test leadership and execution of functional and non-functional testing in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
· Integration of automated test cases with CI/CD frameworks and tools (Azure DevOps).
· Strong understanding of risk management, defect management, task planning, and performance measurement/reporting.
· Familiarity with Browser Compatibility test tools (e.g., BrowserStack - desirable).
· Experience with XML and service-oriented protocols (desirable).
