Employee Relations Partner
Contract - Pay Rate - London
We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Partner
to support our major fintech client as a key resource for employee relations at one of their core locations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for handling workplace concerns, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. You will provide policy guidance, ensure fair and consistent practices, and help foster a respectful and compliant work environment.
The successful candidate will be experienced in conducting thorough investigations into complex employee matters and adept at using HR case data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements. You will work closely with leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, offering coaching and strategic advice aligned with organizational goals. A strong understanding of employment law, excellent communication skills, and sound judgment are critical to succeeding in this role.
In addition, you will assist in developing and delivering HR training programs on topics such as workplace behavior, diversity and inclusion, and performance management. You’ll maintain accurate employee records, ensure confidentiality, and stay current on HR best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
