Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage and support various internal communication channels and activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the global intranet platform, ensuring it is continuously developed as the central hub for internal information and that content is accurate and up to date.
- Acting as a center of expertise to guide, train, and support content editors and end users.
- Measuring and analyzing intranet usage data and reporting insights to stakeholders.
- Supporting internal communication initiatives across global locations, including the creation of announcements and implementation of projects.
- Developing engaging and dynamic digital content, such as animations and videos, that enhance storytelling and align with communication strategies.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Manage and coordinate the continued development of the global intranet in collaboration with IT and communications leadership.
- Provide global training to content managers and end users, ensuring consistent standards.
- Monitor analytics of the intranet and other digital channels, reporting performance and impact.
- Write and edit business and human-interest stories aligned with corporate storytelling strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and repurpose content across platforms.
- Draft internal announcements, articles, and editorial calendars.
- Design and produce videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets that support effective business storytelling.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining brand compliance and high-quality standards.
- Support additional projects or initiatives within the internal communications team as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience working in a complex, multinational, matrix environment.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools for digital media.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends, techniques, and technologies in digital communication.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with journalistic ability to source stories.
- Technical affinity and ability to use IT tools effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset and effective team collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Innovative, creative, and action-oriented problem-solving approach.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in communications or digital communications.
