We’re seeking a highly experienced Field Marketing Manager to shape and deliver C-suite and enterprise marketing strategy for top accounts.
This role is responsible for building premium, high-touch marketing programs that foster strong executive engagement and support the broader go-to-market objectives.
You’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders including the CEO, senior sales leaders, and regional executives.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management experience and a proven track record in enterprise field marketing, executive events, or account-based marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute marketing programs targeting C-level stakeholders across top accounts.
- Develop premium, in-person and virtual programs that create meaningful connections between executives and the brand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal business stakeholders across sales, customer success, and solution engineering, as well as the broader marketing team.
- Lead planning and execution of high-quality executive events and experiences.
- Refine and report on performance metrics to track ROI and impact.
- Contribute to strategic ABM programs in collaboration with account teams.
Required experience and skills :
- 7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with strong experience in field marketing, ABM, or executive-level programs.
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders and Board-level contacts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to work cross-functionally and across regions.
- Demonstrated success building enterprise-grade events and experiences, both in-person and virtual.
- Excellent project management and reporting skills; ability to measure success and optimize programs.
- Experience within enterprise technology, consulting, or premium brand environments preferred.
- Comfortable working 3 days/week in the Sydney office (average) – typically Tues–Thurs.
