About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Webinar Events Coordinator
to support the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is excited to learn, contribute to real projects, and grow within a fast-paced team.
You’ll assist in the logistics, promotion, and performance tracking of events that help generate leads, build our brand, and educate our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Webinar & Virtual Event Support
- Assist in coordinating logistics for webinars and online events (e.g., scheduling, registration setup, speaker communication).
- Manage webinar platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar, etc.) including setting up sessions and running tests.
- Support day-of-event tasks such as managing Q&A/chat, launching polls, and providing technical support.
Marketing & Promotion
- Help create promotional materials such as email invites, social media posts, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for visuals and messaging.
- Schedule and monitor event promotions across different channels.
Follow-Up & Reporting
- Support post-event follow-up, including sending thank-you emails and sharing recordings or resources.
- Assist in tracking event metrics (registrations, attendance, engagement).
- Help maintain accurate event data in CRM and marketing systems.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field (internships count!).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet); training provided as needed.
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, or Google Analytics.
- Interest in content marketing, B2B, or demand generation.
- Comfortable speaking or presenting in front of groups (optional, but a plus)
