About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager
to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stream IT and supply chain transformation portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape change across a large-scale organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders and programme teams to deliver measurable benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of a diverse IT/supply chain portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead governance processes, capacity planning, budgeting, and executive reporting across all programmes.
- Develop and execute change and communication strategies to enable successful rollouts.
- Act as the key interface between programme leads, technology teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Manage portfolio-level risks, issues, and track benefits realisation.
Must-Have Experience
- Proven experience in a Portfolio Manager role overseeing large, complex transformation portfolios.
- Hands-on delivery of large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong skills in financial forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
- Working knowledge of systems implementations such as WMS, TMS, Finance, or HR platforms.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project delivery frameworks.

- Background in portfolio leadership roles within logistics, retail, or FMCG.
- Able to think strategically while also getting hands-on to drive delivery.
- Strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and a pragmatic delivery mindset.
