Project Coordinator – Engineering Team (Admin / Procurement / Project Support)

We’re supporting an engineering team in hiring a Project Coordinator to assist with documentation, procurement, and project tracking activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys supporting technical teams and working across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organise engineering documentation, including drawings, reports, and project files
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track action items
• Assist with creation and submission of purchase requests and shopping carts
• Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely approvals and delivery
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement issues
• Compile and update project metrics, cost reports, and tracking data
• Support compliance with company standards, procedures, and timelines
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles
• Background supporting engineering, construction, or technical teams is preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
