Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator / Data Analyst
to support large-scale utility projects. This role is heavily task-oriented and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups. Prior construction project coordination experience is preferred—but project support from business, IT, or operations environments will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Support & Coordination
- Support project management staff with task execution, tracking, and deliverables
- Participate in stakeholder status calls and provide updates on project health
2. Data Entry & Systems Management
- Enter and maintain accurate data across systems of record and project management tools
- Generate standard and ad-hoc project reports for internal and external stakeholders
3. Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate project updates, dependencies, and requirements with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Process initial customer submittals and route documents to appropriate stakeholders
4. Task & Document Management
- Send easement requests, contracts, invoices, and track receipt of payments or executed documents
- Release meters to operations teams as required
- Send/receive documents, designs, and technical materials as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years analytical experience working with data sets
- 2+ years project coordination or project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Experience using database software (Access, SAP, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting utility, energy, telecom, or infrastructure projects
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
