We’re partnering with a leading Insurance company who are going through a major ServiceNow implementation, moving from a legacy procurement system onto ServiceNow. We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong finance and procurement experience to drive this high-profile project.
What you’ll be doing

Oversee delivery of a ServiceNow implementation, migrating from an old procurement system

Manage end-to-end project planning, governance, and stakeholder communication

Collaborate with technical teams, finance, and procurement to ensure smooth delivery

Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met

Act as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders
What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale system implementations (ServiceNow experience highly desirable)

Strong finance knowledge, particularly around invoice processing

Understanding of the procurement lifecycle and associated processes

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver outcomes under pressure
