Role Overview
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of large-scale engineering and construction projects— ranging from $200M to $1.5B
—from field execution through completion. This role serves as the central leader for all project-related functions (Development, Engineering, BM, PC, ISC, etc.) during execution and acts as the company representative with regulatory agencies and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead staff, workforce, and employee management across the construction site.
- Ensure strict safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
- Manage all contract administration, vendor oversight, and change control.
- Own all aspects of project management planning, including risk, scope, and deliverables.
- Oversee cost management, forecasting, and budget compliance.
- Manage time and schedule controls, ensuring on-time project delivery.
- Drive quality assurance processes and milestone completion.
- Lead facility commissioning and start-up activities.
- Ensure operational readiness at project completion.
- Serve as site liaison for public relations and corporate communications.
- Represent the company with local, national, and international regulatory agencies.
- Support planning, scheduling, and quality oversight throughout execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience managing engineering and construction projects.
- Proven responsibility for budget oversight and complex project execution.
- PMP Certification preferred.
