3-month contract (with potential to extend)
Pay Range:$38-43/hr.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Prototype Analyst to support prototype vehicle builds by managing and validating the Master Parts List (MPL). This role involves tracking parts, executing change management tasks, and ensuring alignment between engineering data and physical inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and validate the Master Parts List (MPL)
- Align Bill of Materials (BOMs) with engineering changes and system data
- Manage change tickets and support change review meetings
- Track part shortages and update stakeholders throughout the build
- Communicate with warehouse and inventory teams on part availability
- Support late-stage updates and deviations during the build process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Data Management
- Experience with change management and BOM systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
- Effective communication skills across teams
Preferred:
- Automotive or EV industry experience
- Familiarity with vehicle architecture and wiring
- PLM/ERP system experience
