Our major FinTech client is seeking a Data Analyst
to join their EMEA Lead Generation team. This role is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to help drive high-quality sales opportunities across multiple markets.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies for omni-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Build automation processes to identify, score, and qualify leads using Python and SQL.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Contribute to a collaborative, innovative team environment where data is at the core of decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with Python and SQL, particularly in automating and analyzing data.
- Strong background in B2B lead generation and campaign strategy.
- Proven experience supporting Sales teams and optimizing performance across functions.
- Excellent data analysis and insight delivery skills, with the ability to turn data into strategy.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in e-commerce or enterprise-level environments is highly desirable.
