  • Our consulting client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Time Off to support ongoing BAU operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • This role plays a key part in ensuring the stability, optimisation, and evolution of core HR systems, working closely with HR, Payroll, and Technology teams to deliver effective, business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors applications, primarily Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off
  • Respond to BAU support incidents and enhancement requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, defects, and configuration gaps
  • Deliver end-to-end consulting services including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Convert business requirements into detailed solution designs and system configurations, ensuring alignment with governance standards and best practices
  • Engage regularly with stakeholders to build strong working relationships and improve the visibility and impact of technology
  • Support and facilitate training sessions for HR teams and end users to ensure effective system adoption

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors in a technical and functional capacity
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports collective success
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off certification required
