Job Functions:
- Evaluate and characterize clinical literature including collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with relevant strategy. (60%)
- Create bibliographies and write summaries for assessing clinical safety and performance of products (20%)
- Manage the departmental scientific publication repository using reference management software (e.g., EndNote) (10%)
- Conduct literature searches to support regulatory submissions (5%)
Required Skills:
- Comply with Quality System Regulations and relevant guidelines for scientific publications, including but not limited to ICMJE and GPP3
- Proven knowledge and understanding in the development of scientific/medical conference proceedings and manuscript publication
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines
- Moderate knowledge of current developments, clinical literature, and therapy area
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field . 3 years of related experience working in clinical, research, or healthcare industry
