A leading global medical technology company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to support its Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) division. This role is centered around a critical care product portfolio and will play a key role in sustaining innovation, expanding market presence, and collaborating with global teams. The APM business unit operates within a major medical segment and is aligned with a smart connected care strategy.



Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will oversee and grow a critical care product line, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to maintain product quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Portfolio Management: Lead the lifecycle of the Swan-Ganz product portfolio from development to obsolescence. Support updates and improvements based on clinical needs.
  • Commercial Development: Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and expand market reach. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enable success.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and sustain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders. Leverage feedback to enhance product performance and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) studies and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and threats. Use insights to guide product positioning and innovation.
  • Financial Management: Build and manage product forecasts, track KPIs, and report on business performance to stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, a pre-medical discipline, or business with strong aptitude for science/healthcare topics.
  • Minimum 4 years of product management experience, preferably in the medical device sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced business/technical degree.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to assess market dynamics (e.g., pricing, share, ASPs) using limited data.
  • Experience developing market models and product launch tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant clinical and physiological practices or strong curiosity to learn.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with global commercial partners, customers, and academic institutions.
