Pay range:$33.00 - $38.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate supply operations, including receipt and shipment of materials, in collaboration with contract manufacturers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update data in ERP systems and external tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet) to ensure accurate tracking of inventory, procurement, and shipment statuses
- Plan and execute shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA serialization requirements
- Support shipping studies for temperature-sensitive materials, including protocol development, execution, and reporting
- Assist in processing change controls and generating reports to support internal stakeholders
- Participate in process improvements and the implementation of tools to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, Business, Logistics, or related field
- At least 1 year of supply chain experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical or medical device setting
- Strong understanding of inventory management and data integrity
- Proficiency in ERP systems and tools like Excel; experience with Smartsheet is a plus
