Looking for a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in API product strategy and delivery. You’ll be responsible for shaping and driving the vision of API products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and creating outstanding developer experiences.
Essential Skills
- API Product Strategy & Vision – Define and communicate a clear API product vision that supports business goals and user needs.
- Backlog & Lifecycle Management – Manage API product backlogs, write user stories, prioritize effectively, and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
- Developer Experience (DX) – Ensure APIs are easy to adopt and maintain through excellent documentation, onboarding, versioning, and consumer support.
Desirable Skills
- Technical API Knowledge – Familiarity with REST, OpenAPI specifications, and authentication methods.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Translate technical API features into business value and manage strong relationships with internal API consumers.
- Scaled Agile / Lean Product Management – Experience with SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, or lean product development to align API delivery with organizational priorities.
- Broader Capabilities – Strength in areas such as risk & controls, change & transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital/technology.
