Technical Business Analyst / Solution Designer
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a growing technology function supporting critical platforms across Asset Servicing and Pensions. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong technical or engineering background who has transitioned into business analysis, solution design, and stakeholder-facing delivery.
This role will be key in bridging engineering teams and business stakeholders on complex, integration-heavy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document complex requirements

Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, acting as the interface between engineering, architecture, and business teams

Lead solution design, contributing to architecture discussions and end-to-end technical solutions

Define and support API integrations, data flows, and system interfaces across platforms

Produce high-quality documentation including functional specifications, technical requirements, process flows, and solution designs

Partner with delivery teams through build, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions meet expectations

Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across systems and processes

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment throughout the lifecycle
