Contract - 3-months
Pay range - $28.00 - $32.00/hour
This role is responsible for supporting vehicle delivery and service operations through detailed preparation, inspection, and logistics tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing exterior and interior vehicle cleaning to meet quality standards.
- Shuttling fleet and customer vehicles between locations as needed.
- Conducting pre-delivery inspections, including cosmetic checks, test drives, and using tools like torque wrenches and compressed air systems.
- Utilizing business software and tools for documentation and reporting.
- Managing vehicle readiness for delivery and coordinating defect reporting with service teams.
- Maintaining the vehicle lot to ensure safety and organization.
- Staging and preparing customer trade-in vehicles for auction transport.
- Supporting other operational tasks as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in logistics, automotive, EV, or detailing roles preferred.
- Familiarity with writing service orders is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass MVR checks.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in varying weather and service center conditions.
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Proficient in English, with ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents.
