Georgina Du Pon

Georgina leads Hydrogen’s media legal recruitment practice, specialising in both in-house (and private practice) roles across television, film, publishing, music, sports, gaming, advertising and marketing.

A former lawyer at Farrer & Co, she has been recruiting legal and business affairs professionals since 2013, working on both permanent and contract roles, on a contingent and retained basis.

Her experience spans magic circle and boutique law firms through to international studios, streamers, indie production companies, gaming businesses, media finance ventures and Premiership sports teams.

Georgina's placed candidates internationally and her current focus is on the UK market. She is known for her consultative, intuitive and accessible approach, and is valued by clients and candidates alike for her honest, informed advice. 

Her core specialism lies in media and entertainment, with a particular interest in the evolving legal landscape around content, IP, AI and regulation, and what this means for hiring across the creative, digital and wider I & C sectors.
