Job Title: 3rd Line IT Support Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team and play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and improving the company’s IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
What you’ll be doing:

Acting as an escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests.

Providing technical support across software, hardware, and network infrastructure.

Working on IT projects and supporting business transformation initiatives.

Managing Azure environments (Entra ID, Intune, Defender 365, SharePoint, Exchange).

Maintaining Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMWare / Hyper-V).

Supporting ITSM processes including incident, change, and problem management.

Assisting with cyber security best practices alongside the IT Security team.

Mentoring and training 1st and 2nd line engineers.
What you’ll bring:

5+ years of experience in IT support, ideally at 3rd line level.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMWare / Hyper-V).

PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools such as JIRA or Freshservice.

Solid understanding of networking, security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
