Schedule:
9:00am - 6:00pm and 12:00pm - 9:00pm (EST) and possible Saturdays - the shifts would be a rotation of 9:00 - 6:00 and 12:00 - 9:00. The shift would likely be Tuesday - Saturday, no OT.

Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage and support a variety of account management and customer service functions for a growing clean energy solutions provider. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing residential and commercial customer accounts within the renewable energy space.
- Handling inbound customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external vendor partners to resolve complex problems.
- Performing support functions such as billing inquiries, contractor invoicing, enrollment issues, and fulfillment requests.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both installer partners and end consumers.
- Resolve technical and service issues related to clean energy software platforms and hardware (e.g., solar panels, inverters, monitoring systems).
- Provide proactive, high-quality service via phone, email, and chat.
- Log detailed case information to maintain accurate customer records.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of financing and sales workflows in the solar energy industry.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Support internal process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment through positive communication and shared accountability.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, customer accounting, claims, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with SaaS platforms and customer management tools.
- Ability to absorb industry knowledge quickly, especially in clean energy and solar financing.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused.
- Capacity to work rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Previous helpdesk or technical support experience is a plus.
- Experience in the solar or clean energy industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with clean energy financing and installation workflows is beneficial.
