Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Account Specialist to join our renewable energy client's team onsite in Naperville, IL. In this role, you will provide full account management and administrative support to a broad customer base, including business, commercial, industrial, national, and government accounts. Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage and support account and billing operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing account enrollments with precision and timeliness.
  • Handling customer transactions and maintaining detailed records.
  • Providing billing support and ensuring accurate processing.
  • Assisting with project-specific administrative tasks related to account migration efforts.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, vendor partners, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handling high-visibility customer interactions, including escalated calls or issues from executives, legal teams, media, and regulatory bodies.



Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Process contractor invoices, claims, and billing-related activities.
  • Maintain compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Execute tasks related to ongoing migration projects impacting customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, billing, or administrative roles.
  • Ability to work onsite in Naperville, IL without relocation or remote accommodations.
  • Experience working with high-volume data and customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with account migration projects or related administrative functions is a plus.
