- This isn’t a graduate program, post grad experience of a minimum of 2 years is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Track KPIs and analyze performance data, translating insights into executive-ready reports and presentations
- Support go-to-market planning activities, including market segmentation, resource planning, sales territory design, and quota modelling
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis in response to requests from internal stakeholders and sales leadership
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across sales strategy, programs, and enablement teams
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, or sales strategy.
- Graduate in an analytical field such as engineering, computer science, finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior consultancy experinece would be considered a distrint advantage
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
